Transcendental Meditation (TM) is the most powerful key to unlock your inner potential for self-healing and personal growth because it is simple, effortless and natural and therefore works for everyone. Frequently, those who have learned, or even taught, other forms of meditation, are astonished when they learn TM at the simplicity and effectiveness of their new knowledge to produce the results that may have eluded them for years. TM is not concentration or visualisation, nor is it about controlling the mind. We simply allow the mind the freedom to be still! This blissful peace allows the body to gain very deep rest (much deeper than sleep), producing benefits in all areas of life as we emerge from the silence of meditation refreshed and revitalized by the elimination of stress from the body.

"REAL MEDITATION"
Concentration, focus and 'mindfulness' are the spontaneous result of effortless 'TM', rather than the technique itself because although we find our minds continually active, it is also the nature of the mind to be still, given the opportunity. So effort naturally gets in the way! Because of this deeper insight into the nature of the mind, 20 minutes, twice a day are all that is required to produce results that need hours of practice of other approaches - the most advanced is the simplest!

The personal instruction on your first day is structured to give you the experience of meditating with your instructor and also on your own. So that at the end of the hour you can go home and meditate successfully.
But, at that point, you won't understand the experiences, so the three further meetings take you to a deeper understanding of the nature of the mind, of the body and of their relationship. After the four sessions you know enough to go away and never see us again, if you prefer, but just gain the beautiful benefits of transcendental meditation through private and regular practise. Wherever you happen to be, a busy city or mountain wilderness, you just sit down, close your eyes and allow yourself to settle into a delicious, effortless tranquility and emerge with renewed strength and vitality to cope with life's challenges.

We'll help you with group meditation meetings, retreats and advanced courses, not forgetting the all-important personal support and guidance from our team of fully qualified and experienced teachers, FREE - for life!
