Booking Form and information for your teacher
We request detailed personal information for use by your teacher before you attend a course. This information is stored on our server. The digital form is printed by the teacher and is vital for the teaching process and will enable the teacher to decide whether any adjustments need to be made to the teaching to allow for any issues arising from your responses. All personal information is strictly confidential and only seen by trained office staff or the qualified meditation teacher.
Your email address and name are collected when you leave a comment on our website. This information is not used or shared.
Emails and newsletter
Your email address is used to process and complete your booking and for contact about your course.
We send out newsletter emails from time to time about upcoming events, courses, meetings and news about the Meditation Trust. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by clicking on the link within the email or by contacting us below.

Can I see the information you have collected about me?
When you complete the booking form and the teachers’ information form you will receive a duplicate copy by email. You can at any time request a copy of the information we hold about you.
