Transcendental Meditation Birmingham
We teach our Transcendental Meditation Birmingham course in the city centre, easily accessed by road and public transport.We search high and low for the quietest venues in the heart of the city so that our Transcendental Meditation weekend courses give everyone the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds: the calm relaxation of group meditation and the restaurants, shops and amazing buildings of central Birmingham.
Transcendental Meditation Birmingham Course Structure
The Saturday session is a one hour personal one-to-one
The first Sunday session is from 10:00am to 12:30pm
The second Sunday session is 2:00pm to 3:45pm
The Monday session is from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Transcendental Meditation Birmingham Course Location
Our Saturday one-to-one sessions are held at the Quaker Friends’ Meeting House, known as the Priory Rooms. A well-known local venue, it has a great waiting area with a little café and friendly staff.

The Priory Rooms offer a discounted parking rate at a local NCP car park. Collect your discounted ticket from reception when you leave on the Saturday and you’ll pay only £5.10 for an entire day of parking, saving £15.

You will be sent details of which venue to attend dependent on course dates. These venues are easily accessed from Birmingham’s extensive public transport network and have disability access.
Refreshments, snacks & food
As we teach in the centre of Birmingham, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Café bars can be found at the REP venue location and the new Birmingham library; and a couple of minutes’ walk away is Brindley Place on Broad Street, which has Pizza Express, Café Rouge, Wagamamma and many more.
