TM Saturdays in London

The day
You will learn the recommended Yoga postures and Pranayama techniques that prepare us for meditation.

A round consists of: Yoga, Pranayama, meditation and rest.

The day will involve completing up to 5 rounds. But, we actively encourage you to do what is right for you and rounds are optional.

Qi Gong is brought in after lunch as a gentle form of activity and also provides as grounding as we come towards the end of a day of deep quietness.

The day includes fully qualified Yoga and Qi Gong teachers as well as a variety of refreshments.

Friends Meeting House, 52 St Martin’s Lane WC2N 4EA
Accessible from Charing Cross, Covent Garden and Leicester Square Tube and Train stations. The entrance is located along a path next to the Gymbox Gym.

Cost
The cost of the day is just £40 (concession rates available on request).
You can take advantage of the Club90 deal which will give you 3 sessions for £90.

Such is the power of these sessions that you need to have practised TM regularly for at least 3 months before attending.

TM Saturdays Central Birmingham

The day
This day will give us an opportunity to meet fellow meditators and to practice the extended TM programme devised by Maharishi for meditators on retreats.

The day consists of several group meditations with plenty of rest.

Starting with a morning yoga class with a qualified instructor who will explain some yoga postures associated with our meditation practice.

An afternoon instructor-led Mind & Body Centring class.

The Priory Rooms, Quaker Meeting House, Bull Street, B4 4AF

The Quaker Meeting House in the City Centre is ideally located and will offer a quiet and calm environment.

Cost
The day covers two classes, meditation session, refreshments during the day and cake at the end of the day.
The cost is £40 per person

TM Saturdays Cornwall

The day

The first session is an optional hour of instruction with a qualified teacher, in the yoga postures recommended by Maharishi and the Yoga tradition to prepare for and enhance our meditation.

Followed by 5 rounds of meditations during the day (third and fifth rounds are optional).

A round consists of a few yoga postures, simple pranayama (breathing), meditation, a rest period and a break in between each round.

We will ask for quiet all day in the main area of meditation.

We have a beautiful walk planned after lunch in the surrounding fields and woods before we return to finish the day’s meditating.

There will be healthy (and not so healthy) snacks, plus teas, coffee and water available throughout the day. We suggest you bring something light for lunch.

Located 1.5 miles Northwest of Helston and is approached from the A394 or B3297 via Rowes Lane just outside Helston. There is ample parking available.
